The Zen Journal is my calm corner of the internet — a space where mindful living, slow travel, gentle wellness, and soulful reading come together. For years, I lived in a fast-paced world that demanded constant movement, constant productivity, and constant perfection. Somewhere between long workdays, personal responsibilities, and the pressure to keep going, I realised I was losing the connection to myself.
That’s when my journey into mindful living truly began.



From Burnout to Balance
My early years were shaped by competitive gymnastics — discipline, strength, and ambition. Later, life took me into the travel industry, where I spent many years navigating busy schedules, airports, and the beautiful chaos of global movement.
But the pace eventually caught up with me.
Burnout became my turning point. Yoga became my anchor. Mindfulness became my way home.
A simple 15‑minute morning practice changed everything — not because it was perfect, but because it was possible. It fit into real life. It brought me back to myself.
Travel as Inner Exploration
Born and raised in India, I have deep roots that deeply influence my perspective on life, spirituality, and wellness. My passion for travel began during my college years with extensive explorations across my homeland. Life subsequently opened doors to journeys beyond borders, from Singapore’s vibrant streets to Switzerland’s serene landscapes. Each destination has profoundly shaped my perspective and left lasting impressions on my soul.
